Compact Vacuum Carbon & Metal Evaporating Coater --- PT-1100X-SPC-15E-LD

PT-1100X-SPC-15E-LD  is a  compact evaporating coater, which is suitable for coating light metal, Al. Mg, and Li as well as carbon film to sample up to 2" wafer.

1) Power supply: AC 208 - 220V 50/60Hz , single phase
110V is available with a transform of 1500W

3) Output power: 10VAC and 50A max. 

4) Working chamber: Fused glass tube, 160 mm Dia. x 110mm Height

Chamber stage: One 50 mm Dia.sample stage, 

Max. coating area: 45 mm dia

Evaporating fixture  3 tungsten heaters are included

5) Heating: Tungsten Heater

Optional part: 

KF25 port is built in the coater to connect a vacuum pump.  Vacuum pump is required for coating ( not included ).

Double stage rotary vane vacuum pump or strong vacuum function molecular vacuum pump is also available for your option.
