SY-1B Polycarboxylate High-Performance water-reducing admixture

• SY-1B polycarboxylate-based high-performance water-reducing admixture is new type of admixture which made through monomer multiple polymerization. Due to the unique molecular structure, the admixture achieves the dual role of the dispersion of cement particles through dual functions of electrostatic repulsion and space position master; it appears excellent dispersion and retention capacity of dispersion. The product has a low quantity, high water-reducing rate, strong strength enhancement, low total content of alkali content, chloride, sodium sulfate content and possesses the characteristics of non-corrosion and environment protection. It adapts to make early strength, high strength, super strength concrete, PHC pile concrete, pumping concrete, flowing concrete, marine concrete. 

2 the main technical performance and characteristics 

1) The properties of this product is in accordance with the standard requirement of "polycarboxylate high performance water reducing admixture ,JG/T223-2007 " and"the concrete admixtureGB8076-1997 "

2) This product has good water- reducing rate; the highest water-reducing rate is up to40% at low quantity, the water-reducing performance is particularly significant especially in high-grade concrete (C50 and above) .

3) This product has good effect of early strength and strength enhancement. Under the same condition, the concrete mixing the product has same effect of early strength and strength enhancement as other types of high performance water-reducing admixture. 

4) This product can significantly improve the durability of concrete. Because the product has low alkali content, and it belongs to air-entraining type, so it does not produce concrete alkali- aggregates reaction, so it greatly enhance the ability of freeze-thaw resistance of concrete.

5) This product has dimensional stability. It can improve the concrete shrinkage and creep properties, so that it lowers the risk of crack of concrete.

6) This product has excellent water retention property. It significantly reduces concrete bleeding, and no segregation, so construction operations are easier to implement. 

3 Usage and precaution: 

1) Recommended dosage: 0.6%~2.5%of total cementitious material, make test and determine the specific dosage before using;

2) This product can join the mixer with mixing water; measurement error within ± 1%, and extend stirring time 30S; the water in the admixture solution should be deducted in the mixing water. 

3) This product should be stored separately to avoid mixing with other types of admixtures; Care shall be taken that storage or use together with naphthalene series admixture is prohibited. 

4 packaging, shipment, storage 

1) Packing:  plastic drum, iron drum or bulk tankers. 

2) Shipment: This product is non-toxic, uninflammable, without special delivery requirement. 

3) Storage: the product should be placed in (0 ~ 40) ℃ cool, dry environment, take care not to get dump and damage.

4) Valid period: one year.
