Product Description |
In oil-gas well acidizing operation and pickling process, acid liquor has a strong corrosive effect on equipment. And with the increase of acid concentration, the rise of temperature and pressure, it shows a clear rising trend. Choosing the appropriate corrosion inhibitor on the basis of the process conditions is important guarantee to ensure the smooth construction safety.
The product is composed of home-grown composite pyridine quaternary ammonium saltas main ingredients, a certain amount of synergist and surfactants. It has good dispersibility in HCl and mud acid. It has a good corrosion protective effect in high concentration HCl, mud acid and other organic acid corrosion environment. It has wide range application for various kinds of acid. It can also be applicable for acid cleaning pipeline work.

Application Range |
It is applicable for oil well acidizing fracturing technology to control equipment corrosion. It can be used in oil well acidizing fracturing work process at the temperature of60~90℃, in 15~20%HCl and high concentration mud acid.

Packing and Storage |
The product is packaged with 200L plastic drum, and net weight is 200 kg per drum. If customers need special packaging, we can pack it as customer’s request. The product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. Product is valid for two years.
