Performance and usage

Water conveying rubber hose

Usage: conveying water or neutral liquids.
Operation temperature: -20℃~+45℃(-4℉~+113℉)
EPDM pipe: -20℃~+120℃(-4℉~+248℉)
Structure: Inner rubber layer is black or light colored synthetic rubber; the framework layer is synthetic textile layer; outer rubber layer can use black red, or red, yellow, blue materials. Inner layer and outer layer can also use EPDM synthetic rubber.

Air conveying rubber hose

Usage: conveying air or inert gas. 
Operation temperature: -20℃~+45℃(-4℉~+113℉)
EPDM pipe: -20℃~+120℃(-4℉~+248℉)
Structure: Inner rubber layer is black or light colored synthetic rubber; the framework layer is synthetic textile layer; outer rubber layer can use black red, or red, yellow, blue materials. Inner layer and outer layer can also use EPDM synthetic rubber.

Oil conveying rubber hose

Usage: conveying diesel fuel, gasoline, and lube. The electrostatic conductive rubber hose can be made.
Structure: Inner rubber layer is black or light colored synthetic rubber; the framework layer is synthetic textile layer; outer rubber layer can use black red, or red, yellow, blue acid-base resistant materials. 
Operation temperature: -20℃~+120℃(-4℉~+248℉)

Usage: conveying sulfuric acid (concentration no norm than 40%), 30% hydrochloric acid, 15% sodium hydroxide solution or equivalent above concentration acid-base solution (except nitric acid).  
Structure: Inner rubber layer is black synthetic rubber; the framework layer is synthetic textile layer, spiral steel wire layer; outer rubber layer can use black red, or red, yellow, blue acid-base resistant materials. 
Operation temperature:
Acid-base conveying rubber hose: -20℃~+45℃(-4℉~+113℉)
Hot acid conveying rubber hose : -20℃~+80℃(-4℉~+176℉)

Heat resistant rubber hose

Usage: conveying industrial water(no higher than 120℃ )
Operation temperature: -20℃~+45℃(-4℉~+113℉)
Structure: Inner rubber layer is black or light colored synthetic rubber; the framework layer is synthetic textile layer; outer rubber layer can use black red, or red, yellow, blue heat resistant materials. 
Operation temperature: -20℃~+120℃(-4℉~+248℉)
