Payment:
1. Price Terms: EXW, FOB SHENZHEN ( Shipping cost are quoted under your requirement )
2. Payment terms: L/C, T/T (USD/RMB). Western union. For mass production, we accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
Delivery Time:
Sample order, 3-7days after payment cleared; Bulk order,7-14 days after payment cleared. (Working days upon receipt of deposit)
Warranty:
1. To CCTV Cameras and DVR/NVR, the warranty is 2 years, products with or without Logo.
2. The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;
3. During the warranty, any defective products can get repaired or replaced for free;
4. The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence, the carelessness, repaired or altered without the authorization.
5. A RMA form will be asked to fill in.
