Description:
Anionic, resistant to PH4.5 -11. It’s mainly used in pulp brightening, surface sizing,coating and other processes. It's with high acid resistance and brightening effect is apparently higher than VBL at PH4.5-7, It will be reduce the dosage 15-25%. Its characteristics are fast dissolving, high brightness, never yellowing, is the preferred production of high whiteness of the paper.It can also be used for cotton, linen, nylon and other whitening.
Application method:
1. In pulp, BA should be added before alum or cationic auxiliary agent; dosage: 0.05-0.4% (absolute dry pulp).
2. In surface sizing, it can be used together with CMC, PVA, starch, or anionic or cationic synthetic sizing agent.
3. In coating, after dissolved it is used as the form of aqueous solution for preparing coating at any stage
