There are three types of liner fabric used in this kind of glove. They are cotton jersey, poly cotton jersey and cotton interlock. Among them, cotton jersey and cotton interlock are made with 100% cotton, while poly cotton jersey is made from polyester and cotton with a lower price. For this kind of nitrile work gloves, the coating finish is usually made into smooth surface unlike latex gloves. The coating style has half coated and fully coated available. The coating quality depends on the pure nitrile percentage in it.Two types of cuffs available, safety cuff and knit wrist, each of them has it's own function and characteristics. Safety cuff is used for providing some extra protection on the wrist area and make it easy to put on and off. 
Nitrile rubber does not contain any latex proteins. It offers excellent resistance to punctures and tears, being three times more puncture resistant than rubber when used in gloves.
