PU-9165 is dual components polyurethane adhesive, which is used for laminating Al-foil and plastic film for food package. It is with good initial bonding strength, high peeling strength. It fits BOPET∥AL∥NY∥CPP、BOPP∥AL∥PE and often used in milk, chemical package.

Properties:

1. This model is with high initial bonding strength, suitable for lamination of Al-foil, can reduce or avoid “tunnel” phenomenon.
2. Widely used, it is not only used for Al-Plastic structure, but also used in plastic and plastic structure with high peeling strength and good wetting ability to dry base. The lamination product is with good transparency. When it is used in high speed, medium speed, low speed lamination machines, the coating condition is very good. The product can be boiled at 110.

Safety: SGS test ：this product is not contain plasticizer.

Firstly add solvent into main agent, mix the solution fully. Secondly add the hardener. After fully mixing, the solution can be used.
