MBJ Series Coal Rod Extrusion Machine
This coal rod extrusion machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder, coal powder materials and other materials (chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore, copper or other metallurgical materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without hole in the middle.

A. The requirements of feeding materials:
1. The inlet particle size of materials must be less than 5mm.
2. We have to add suitable binder for some kind of materials for shaping easily.
3. The moisture of materials must be moderate, and the water content usually is 12%-14%.
