We  strongly recommend  that you have your  measurements taken  by a professional  before buying any  gown online. Please  follow the  measurement  instructions, and  measure yourself  carefully.

1. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as veils, gloves, petticoat inside and so on. Bidding is only for the dress! If you want accessories, please contact us!

 

2. We s est you choose lace up which is better to adjust the size to fit your body better.

 

3. Dress can be made in custom size, color, design. We strongly s est you find a professional tailor to measure for you carefully following the Custom Measurements Guideline before buying a gown online.

 

4. The dresses we have in stock are all standards size, from size 2 to 16. We need about 3~5 days to send the dress. If you want us to custom make this dress, the whole custom made process(from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 7-15 working days(Urgent orders except).

4.How to choose a petticoat

 

Many of the wedding dresses need a wedding petticoat which can make the dress much more charming , beautiful and special. If you need the petticoat,you may choose the petticoat from our store and we can ship the dress and the petticoat to you together which is convenient and saves a lot of shipping fee for you ,if you are not sure which one to choose , contact us ,it is our pleasure to help you choose the best one for your dress.

 

5.Sizing or Fit Issues

 

   As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finish gown may vary by approximately +/- 1 inches in the specified measuerments.

    To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all of our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be easily. If you find the dress is not suitable for you and have any question, please feel free to contact us directly.

 

6. Color Mismatch

    Sometimes there wil be color differences because of the different PC monitor, lighting,  background, and some other reasons, if you are very very strict in the color, please cotnact us firstly, we will try to meet your requirements.
