~This is a new development of tea tin box  in 2014 for Tinpak. As all Tinpak's other tins, it is made of 0.23mm ( 0.25mm is acceptable if customer would like a better durable effect) first grade tin plate. The larquer inside is food safe grade, best resever the tea inside. Its size is 110x110x185mm with lid height. Height can be easily modified based on customer's requirement with a very small fee.

~The lid of the tea tin box is with dome surface to achieve smooth line. Customized logo or picture emboss or printing is accetpable on the top. Culing inward lid and the neck-in body are well matched.

~It is a common structure tea tin box as others. However, it is outstand from other  tea tin boxes because of the cardholder on the tin body. Tinpak designed a cardholder about 6x4cm near the bottom of the tin. Customer can insert a beautiful card with the customized logo, picture or words to different people. It make this common tea tin box special and unique for people.

~Usually the mold is from USD3000 to USD7000  and the tooling time is from 18days to 35days based on different size and structure of the tin. With more than 8 year's time on tea tin box trading and manufaturing, Tinpak have many existing molds for customer's free use. If the similar size and structure is acceptable, Tinapk can help customer to save the mold cost and tooling time.
