Puffed Corn Snack Food processing line is automatic high capacity production line. Its raw material is very wide. It can take corn powder, rice powder and wheat flour etc. grains’ powder as raw materials, through the Twin screw Extruder high temperature heating, high pressure extruding to make the materials finally puffed with smooth surface status. This processing line can produce all kinds of inflating foodstuffs, rice bread, rolling snacks, crackers, gruels, nutrient flour and so on according to change materials and mould.

 The processing line is foodstuff equipment researched and developed on the basis of international advanced technology. From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, roasting, spraying to finished products are done once time with automation. This processing line can be used to produce many kinds of inflating food stuffs, such as various snacks food, rice bread, core-filled food, grain gruel, nutrient powder and bread crumbs.Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder

e. Machines main feature:

All the machines are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; the screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.

1) Stable performance: adopting imported frequency or electromagnetic controlling system, high automation and smooth operation 

2) Permanent working life: with special material and technology, the screw and nut 

involved can work continuously for 1 year under conditions of high wear and pressure

2.Features Of Extruder:

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.

e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion process

perfect.

f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance.
