Shanghai Dirui 40Z rebar coupler thread tapping machine is used for production of construction material rebar coupler, tapping thread on coupler. Our 40Z tapping machine is newly researched and developed by our company, it's in vertical type,PLC controled and gear drive, with touch screen system.
Besides, 40Z tapping machine can process couplers with different screw pitches and different diameter, operators only need to change the screw tap and screw spindle. The operation is very simple.
In production, workers only need to put the coupler into the feeding channel, so it has a lower technical requirement for workers. Meanwhile, one worker can easily operate several machines, greatly saving up the labor cost, reducing labor intensity and improving production safety.It is the most ideal device for processing steel bar connection coupler so far.
