Construction:

This product is made by adopting solid belt cord as the carcass material, which is made through impregnation with PVC 
paste and vulcanization of cover rubber. 

Features:

With the rapid development of coal industry, the strength of rubber belt selected for coal conveying in mine tunnel becomes 
higher and higher. Compared with conventional steel cord conveyor belt, PVG conveyor belt has the following features: 

(1).Light belt body, PVG conveyor belt is much lighter than the steel cord belt of same class and has lower power 
consumption. 

(2) PVG conveyor belt has better flexibility and thin belt body, therefore, smaller diameter rollers can be selected for the 
conveyor belt. 

(3)PVG conveyor belt has high strength in transverse direction (transverse strength is not limited in standard MT668-2008), and high longitudinal tear resistance. 

(4)Flexible and fast jointing mode, either fastener connection mode or bonding mode can be adopted. High joint strength, g
enerally it can keep 65~90% of rated tensile strength of original belt, it is convenient in belt change and repair. 

(5) The cover rubber of PVG conveyor belt has excellent safety performance such as good abrasion resistance and high 
tear strength, yet the thickness and shape of cover rubber can be selected arbitrarily. 

(6) The once purchase cost of PVG conveyor belt is lower than that of steel cord conveyor belt, thus favorable to capital 
turnover. 

Application:

It is used for material conveying in mining downholes and other applications where flame retardance and resistance to static 
electricity are required.
