Oxygen Free High conductivity Copper Wire produced by Taiwan Rainbow Co., Ltd. is made of high-purity LME registered cathode copper as raw material and the advanced continuous casting technique is adopted to assure product quality.
The characteristics of product include：
Minimum Impurity Content：In the vacuum process, impurities can be effectively removed from the melt.
Low Oxygen Content：Oxygen content is considered as an impurity which brings much greater impact on conductivity than others. For reducing the oxygen content, TRC uses the vacuum casting technique to strictly control the generation of oxygen content to assure product quality.
Toughness and Strength Improvement：The oxygen free copper wire shows excellent machining characteristics because of hydrogen free, low oxygen content, minimum impurity content and burr free. Therefore, the wire is not easily broken during the further process.
