XS2025 is used to process two parallel straight-line edge of flat glass. It is suitable for deep processing widely in building glass, shower glass, electrical home appliance glass, furniture glass and solar glass etc. The double parallel straight lines’ bottom and arris on glass can be processed at one time by rough, fine grinding and pneumatic polishing.
Product description:
1.PLC control with touch screen, the data setting and the grinding status of glass can show on the controlling center. Processing width, thickness, and lifting of upper arris are adjusted automatically.
2.All-in-one structure for machine and circuit box is good for waterproof, space saving and easy for operation.
3.Spindle motor is the famous brand of motor in China (standard) or ABB motors for option.
4.Riding wheels for inputting glass and timing belts for sending out of glass. Output timing belt is independent and easy for replacing.
5.Water tank is stainless steel.
6.Installed with excellent linear guide and screw mandrels which ensures the processing precision.
7.Belt guide rail is iron casting and indeformable, which improves the stability of conveying and extends the using time of the grinding wheel.
8.The improved pneumatic polishing uses the high precision linear guide rail for guiding and this structure can make polishing more stable and reliable, as well as to save the grinding wheel effectively.
9.There is auto lubricating oil system for guide rail and mandrel screw, handle oil pump for transmitting parts and spindles.
10.The conveyor of glass is droved by frequency inverter with mandrel screw (standard) or servo motors.
11.10 spindles for each side and 20 spindles in total. Safety corner cutting spindle or low-e removing spindle can be added as per requirement.
