It is true that the original "Live Strong" in Silicone created the fashion of the bracelets and has set the standards of the item. However, it takes 15 to 25 kilograms of steel to make a set of mold to produce a custom order. Both the silicone material and the steel are not recyclable. It is not friendly to our environments. There are also disadvantages of expensive mold charges and bracelet prices and the long lead-time needed.

　

After our researches and many tests and innovations, we are glad to come up with our solution of the above TPE Logo Bracelets by Injection. The TPE material is recyclable. The molds include a master mold with 6 cavities and 6 removable molds with the logo. Only very limited steel material is used to make a custom order.
