The main configuration instructions:

safety pressure device
It is used for opening the main door automatically to ensure the safety of the operators when the booth is over pressured.
2) Lighting system
All the lights are newly designed to make sure that there is no shadow during the painting progress. It also adopts paint booth dedicated electronic ballast. The brightness can reach to 800Lux. It can works under 180V voltage, too.
3) Advanced air filter cotton
   The double filter layer can filter the dusts in the air. It makes sure that there is no dust and other wastes on the surface, keep the cleanness of the air and keep the workers' healthy.

automatic air exchange door
The automatic door can open to 90°to promote the inside air circulation. It has the advantages of long lasting, oil saving and electricity saving.

Stainless steel heat exchanger
It is welded of high quality stainless steel. It conducts heat fast. The heat exchange rate can reach over 95%. The temperature rise fast and evenly.

burner (oil heating type)
It maximizes the utilization of the energy and reduces the pollutions to the environment. The add of the heat matched exchanger make the heat exchange can reach to over 85%.

Insulating fan
The fan has a great air capacity but low noise. It can ensure the suitable needs and utilization of the paints. It also can ensure the clearness of the air and the healthy of the workers.

1)Dust free grinding booth
