Packer Y441 can be used singly or multiply for extraction, water detection, well testing and squeeze, etc.

2. Structure and working principle

2.1 Structure: It mainly consists prevent collide mechanism, sealing mechanism, setting mechanism, locking mechanism, releasing mechanism and anchor mechanism.

2.2 Working principle

Set: Put the packer into the designed well position, Within the tubing pressure-out, the piston is upper, the piston upward cut setting shear pin, put the slips upward, making the single slip input the hydraulic pressure through the oil tube , after the hydraulic pressure incomes the hydraulic cylinder of packer , driven by the piston downward making the slips open and anchoring on the casing tube . At the same time, the upper position lock block are set off, the hydraulic pressure put( promote) the upper position upside , compressed rubber tube ( packer rubber) , closed oil casing and annulus .After release the pressure, locked well the locking mechanism, in case the sealing part recovery.
