1.What's your warranty?
Key: Within a year, if the product has quality problems, or damage occurs because of improper packaging, we can compensate.
2. What's your policy about the sample order?
Key: The sample fee=1.5*quotation price, and will be refund when place order. If the sample quantity more than 5 pcs, we may apply the price as the unit price from our manager. As for the freight, the buyer alone should bear it .
3. How can you prevent the mirror edge from rusting?
Key: First, We adopt top-grade glass mirror which is from Taiwan Glass Group, either general polished mirror or copper-free polished mirror,won't rust in over one year.
Second, we do professional protectionfor the mirror. What is the professional protection? Wecoat special protective lacquer on each piece of mirror, which will stop the mirror edge from rusting.
Third, after abrasive blasting, we use pure water to clean the mirror, instead of general water.General water PH value are exceeding the normal standard(PH value 6.0-8.0 is normal). Which means,general water is polluted. However, we spend a lot of money, using pure water(PH value is normal) to clean the mirror. That is another effective way to prevent the mirror edge from rusting.
Installation Instruction for bathroom lights over mirror:
the required tools: hammer, drill, tape measure, pliers
1. Please check the wall can support the weight of the mirror. The weight is 12kg.
2. Measure the distance between the holes at the back of the mirror, and draw corresponding points on the wall. (Note: make sure points are horizontal.)
3. Drill the two center points where marked.
4. Knock the wall plugs into the wall using a hammer, and install the hanging hooks. (make sure they are left out of the wall 10mm to allow the mirror to hang on it.)
