ENOLZYME Coated Phytase 10 000U/G

ENOLZYME Coated Phytase is the better phytase for a more efficacious release of phosphorus and other related nutrients. It is a more stable phytase with superior handing properties and comes in different forms to match the feed processing conditions.

Unit Definition: (U/g)

One Phytase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytate at 37.0°C and at pH 5.5 under the condition of the test.

Appearance: Yellow Granule

Particle size: 20-60 Mesh

Loss on Drying: Not more than 8%

Odor: Slight Fermentation Odor

pH: wide range of 1.5-7.5 and optimum at pH 5.0-5.5

Temperature: 25-95°C and performance well in pelleting condition

Functions                                                                   

1. Hydrolyze phytate; improve utility of total phosphorus in feed.

2. Reduce supplement of inorganic phosphorus, less the feed cost.

3. Increase formula space, advance its adjustability.

4. Lessen excrete of phosphorus, minimize environment pollution.

5. Possess matrix nutritional value, release nutrients bond to phytate, improve utility of feed energy, protein and minerals, and increase performance of monogastric animals.

6. Reduce inorganic phosphorus added to feed, lessen workshop dust, better environment.

7. Avoid poisoning from fluorine and other heave metals by decreasing of added inorganic phosphorous.

Method of application and notices:

1. After decreasing the amount of inorganic phosphorus, please increase calcium resource because of decreased calcium in inorganic phosphorous.

2. Please dilute by another feed ingredient before mix together.

3. Keep temperature under 85 in treatment

Packaging: 25Kgs/Bag or 25Kgs/Drum

Shelf life: Store in the dry, ventilation and shaded place to avoid high temperature and humidity, 12 months at ordinary temperature.
