35w*7-IWRC Anti-rotation Wire Rope

Structure: 7 wires for each outer strands, totaled 112 wries
16*(1+6)+steel wire  6×(1+6)－6×(1+6)+6×(1+6)+(1+6)

Properties: l6 outer strands non-rotation hoisting rope composed 

of 35 strands. Suitable for large lifting height applications. 

Wire has very good flexibility, particularly suitable for 

applications with complex pulley system.

Outstanding features: The greatest feature is its softness. Its 

anti-rotation capacity is much larger than the old-fashioned 

structure rope.

Applications: For doing high-intensity workload and for occasions 

which requires high safety and reliability. Such as offshore

Structure: 7 wires for each outer strands, all compacted strands 

totaled 112 wries
16*K(1+6)+steel wire  6*K(1+6)－6*K(1+6)+6*K(1+6)+K(1+6)

Properties: 16 compacted outer strands, plastic filling non-

rotation wire rope which composed of 35 compacted strands. Wire 

has very good flexibility, particularly suitable for applications 

with complex pulley system. As the polymer filled with plastic 

outer strand layer is provided on the entire surface of the 

radial support, the wire rope has the best resistance to absorb 

the impact load capacity. For a vibration load occasions. The 

cushion made the wire rope more flexible. And wire rope with a 

fatigue resistance which have a longer service life. High 

breaking lord made the rope more safer.

Properties: 18 compacted outer strands non-rotation hoisting rope 

by 39 strands constitute non-rotation wire rope. Recommended in 

the selection of rope diameter D ≥ 38mm use. Suitable for large 

lifting height applications. Wire has very good flexibility, 

particularly suitable for applications with complex pulley 

system.

Outstanding features: The greatest feature is its softness. Its 

anti-rotation capacity and stability is much larger than the 

ordinary ones. So that it has a long service life. Especially 

filled plastic inner core 39W × K7-WSC wire rope, steel core 

coated with lubricant bind tightly with plastic lining to ensure 

no loss of lubricant to reduce wear and tear inside wire rope. 

The strand twist in the process of being compiled embedded in the

Properties: Outer l5 compacted strand, non-rotation hoisting rope 

can also be used to fill plastic. Consists of 28 stocks 

constitute non-rotation wire rope. Suitable for large lifting 

height applications. Wire has very good flexibility, particularly 

suitable for applications with complex pulley system. Optional 

filling plastic layer having a high molecular structure of the 

outer strands can be provided on the entire surface of the radial 

support, the wire rope has the best resistance to impact load 

absorption capacity impulse received. Can be used in a shock and

molecular structure of the outer strands can be provided on the

high-frequency

Outstanding features: Polymer filled steel core inside sealed 

plastic layer of lubricating oil to make it last longer. 

Resistant outer strands to squeeze the rope.

8*K26WS-PWRC wire rope

Structure: 8*K（1+5+5/5+10）+steel core（4*K26WS+4*K7+1*K6）

Properties: Has a high breaking force, flexibility surname, 

resistance to wear and other higher overall performance. Suitable 

for repeated bending movement. Surface contact compacted strand 

can withstand wear and tear serious occasions.

Applications: Suitable for shovel, large crawler cranes, floating 

cranes and other equipment and wire rope luffing telescopic boom 

mobile cranes.
