The machine is used for curing/ vulcanizing tyre.
Its Features:
1. Compact mechanical structure and clamping force evenly ensure the curing tyre has nice uniformity.

7.Up- down heating plates are in good coaxiality and parallelism.
8. The tyre operates by double stroke cylinder which is light and flexible with accurately positioning.
9. Imported oil seals, connectors and cylinders are supported by well known Taiwan enterprises, which have quality assurance.
10. Hydraulic control system adopt with electro-hydraulic proportional pump, which automatically controls all the activities' flow and pressure. It ensures action accurate, steady, reliable, which is high efficiency with low cost so as to protect environment.
Electrical:
1.PLC uses Mitsubishi electric Japan.
Temperature module uses high speed, high precision and high resolution PID control module, with dynamic adjustment function.
High-speed processing, reduce I/O response time, minimum scan time 200us.
Anti-greasy, anti-dust, especially suitable for chemical and rubber industries.
2.Low-voltage electrical uses international brand Schneider, which is of high performance, stability, good quality and low failure rate.
3. Zero-voltage switch is made of ITT, America.
4. Pressure Transmitter uses Japan Nagano or American Fair-Child.
5. Electrical proportional valve uses SMC.
6. Displacement sensor uses MTS & ASM.
