It is a complete production line of casting film, monolayer and multilayers coextrusion 

avaible at customer's choice, for producing embossed film, matt film, clear film and 

elastomeric films and so on.The production line adopts cast film process, to heat and 

extuder LDPE, LLDPE, PP, or EVA and other materials onto geotextile and nonwoven fabric. The 

composite sheet is conveyed to the winder station through calender rollers, haul-off and 

edge trim station and cross cutter.After coating, the geotextile is upgraded with excellent 

waterproof property and strong tensile strength.The composite sheet is commonly used in high 

way, railway, tunnel, subway and water convervancy projects.
Usage: widely used for coating all kinds of nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, geotextile and 

other materials in single layer and /or multilayer.
