Product Description

Application:

     Removing the weak magntic impurities from the fine and coarse powder materials using in the purification of ceramics, glass and the other nonmetalliferous ore, chemicals, fire-proof material medicine, food and some other industries and process the weak magnetic ore include Hematite, Limonite, Manganese ore and some other Metalliferous ore.
Technical:
     Combing the permanent magnetic drum and high field intensity roller together resonable, get an better iron-removing effect. 
    Eccentric connecting rod machine that leads magnetism system which can increase the tumbling numbers of the magnetic material flows through the rollers. 
    Adjust the rotational speed of the drum and magnetic roller by frequency conversion in order to suit the different requirments of the diferent size and production. 
    Having compound magnetism system, with high magnetic field intensity, big gradient. 
     With the adjustable feeding system, guarantee the uniformity of the material which flows through the magnetic field zone.
