The hammer crusher is mainly used when there's a strickt output size requirement, such as under 10mm or 5mm.
The hammer crusher get hammers been installed on a rolling shaft, when the shaft rolling in a high speed, the hammers will hit the feeding stones and break them into small size, the theory is the same as impact crusher. But hammer crusher get a screen iron board on the exhaust, makes the under mesh material could pass the iron board, and keep the oversize ones inside the crushing drum for further crushing.
