I.) Brief Introduction
7 bbl 800L 8HL Conical Jacketed Double Wall Beer Fermenter is specially designed for nano brewery, micro brewery and brewpub. It can be used to brew all kinds of beer, such as lager, ale, pilsen, stout and wheat beer etc. Usually, 800L Beer Fermentation tank is matched with 400L or 800L brewhouse.

Beer Fermenters are fitted with temperature sensor, glycol jacket and temperature controller, which can achieve full-automatic cooling. In addition, the bottom is designed to 60°cone for convenient yeast recycling, cleaning and discharging. Sometimes, Beer Fermenter is also called unitanks sometimes as it will used for both fermenting and maturing. Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Maturing takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.

*Made of Stainless steel 304, TIG welding by automatic welding machine;
*Inner finish is pickled and passivated to 0.2-0.4 μm without dead corner;
*Triangle-Arranged holes on glycol jacket for higher cooling efficiency;
* Horizontal Rotating Racking arm reduces dead corner in tank and O seals avoids beer leaking during rotating racking arm.
*EPDM gasket for manway, tri clamp, butterfly valve etc.
*Dry hopping port with blind cap on top for easy hop pitching (5L and 10L hop doser is optional).
*Separated cooling zones on side wall and cone for more accurate temperature control.
*PVRV safety valve can avoid both negative and positive pressure, very safe.
*Multifunctional foot pad can be adjusted when floor is not flat.
