BM2000 thermal conductive double-sided tape is composed of acrylic polymer filled with heat conductive ceramic powder and silicone adhesive compound and into, has high thermal conductive and insulating properties, and it is flexible, compressible, adhesion, strong adhesive. Application and Paste :

Thermal double-sided tape paste on the IC radiator fixed field is the most effective method , professional use in heat sink and chip stick. LED easier to use, paste the thermal double-sided tape between the LED lamp holder and the radiating aluminum plate, with a little force to press ; heat conduction effect is more significant than the general thermal conductive adhesive. This product can also be used in other devices need to heat conduction , replaced by screws, can achieve the most effective heat dissipation .
