Usage  of  chenical products UL94 Vo pp flame retardant masterbatch

       adding flame retardant  raw materials  for  5--8 minutes   ,  when the  material  has  been  uniformly  blended ,  the  mixture  material  can be ues for extrusion, injection molding or blow molding .

Dosage  of  chenical products UL94 Vo pp flame retardant masterbatch

1.    Dosage  is  2%--4%, namely  add  20--40g  impact  modifier  to  1kg  raw  material

  2..   use blender to stir A-P23A with plastic sample for 5-8 minutes .

Operation  Precautions

1, bake the flame P23 for 2 hours under 90°C before use.

2, the molding temperature is below 190°C
