NuBiz EDS6000 not only support voice communication type, such as traditional phone calls and conferences,but also send information by messages. Dispatching Services

1、group calling: one-way audio, one time connecting 200 users.
2、group calling：two-way audio, predefine meeting participants and then start meeting quickly.   
3、meeting: establish meetings temporarily.
4、trunk dispatching: support interoffice SS7 dispatching
5、TTS：add TTS service to ring/remind/warn,then remind dispatcher of next step  
6、queue
a) queue: queue of the incoming call of dispatchers
b) hold: dispatcher can select hold to put the current call into queue.  
7、address book: provide address book and dial the outer contacts directly.

8、vibrating stopping：dispatchers can select the function to stop vibrating and ringing when there’s to much incoming calls. 
9、night service：transfer calls to night service phones. 
10、recording: get real-time recording when open the right to anyone you want and you will find recording files in the dispatching machine or some professional storage. Also, you can query and manage through dispatching software.  
11、forced insertion: complete the function by two ways, dial and pressing button.
12、monitoring：accomplish monitoring by special numbers.
13、one key for many numbers：a user has several phone numbers, it can calls in turn.

Wired and Wireless Integration 

The system integrates wired and wireless communication to realize hybrid networking with TD-SCDMA,WIFI,GSM,PHS and other wireless communication terminals. And it can accomplish roaming networking, seamless switch, roaming dispatching, HLR, VLR, MSC, STAT and other function.

SMS Order
Dispatching center can send SMS order to dispatched users. So dispatchers can release operational planning fast, and terminal users can read it anywhere. This function of SMS can be used in strong noise environment and other not suitable for voice communication.     

Voice Informing 
System can  play audio files which put in the computer in advance to realize voice informing.

Group meeting
It start meeting not only through dispatching machine, but also the  licensed terminal to solve the problem of users can’t operate the dispatcher after the administrator set. The members of the meeting not only include IP phones, radio set, but also fixed phones and mobiles.

Hierarchical dispatching
System allow several dispatcher station and can be assigned dispatchers level and dispatched users. Dispatching machines can cooperatively work to meet the need of hierarchical dispatching.

Graphical multimedia dispatcher station
Dispatcher station can display users’ status real-time through the graphical type, and command by click mouse.

Data and Log storage
It can record all kinds of operations, alarms and other logs. Record calls, save SMS orders and allow administrator review. 

Dynamic group management
It support group configure. When using meeting function, only allow inner group calling each other and different groups users just can make single  call. Dispatchers can change members and built new groups anytime while mobile terminals are able to complete dynamic switching between different groups.  

Users hierarchic management
System support multi-level dispatching and users rights. Administrators can assign users right to make sure communication qualities of high-level users.

Terminal status index
 You can get terminal status through dispatcher station and display free,ring, calling of terminal status.
