Single-wing labyrinth-type drip tape equipment

On the basis of assimilating the internationally advanced technology, the special equipment for producing the single-wing labyrinth-type drip tape is developed.

The performance characteristics of the equipment:

1.The main motor, forming machine and tractor adopt variable-frequency speed regulation, having the advantages of energy conservation, stable operation and low noise.

2.The diameter of the tube blank is measured with the CCD chips produced by Toshiba of Japan as well as the MCU micro-processing chips produced by ATMEL of the U.S. for PWM signal control, with the advantages of high speed, high reliability and stable control.

3.The host and the gearbox adopts hardened reducer, and the screw and barrel are made of 38GMOAL which has been subject to hydro-treating; the hardness is HV800-900, and it is durable and has strong plasticizing capacity. The aluminum casting heater can provide air-cooled full-automatic temperature control.

4.The forming wheel is finely processed with excellent stainless steel, with corrosion resistance and long service life.

Scope of application of the drip tape:

       It is applicable to the areas with arid or semi-arid climate, such as Xinjiang, Qinghai, Tibet, Inner Mongolia and Shanxi. It is widely used for greenhouse, a variety of crops, orchards, vineyards and cotton fields, etc.
