2.Our company is specialized in the production of hot-rolled grinding steel balls of various specification in accordance with national standard (GB8649-88) of grinding steel ball and the ferrous metallurgy industry standard (YB/T091-2005）of forged steel ball. The range of hot-rolled grinding steel ball diameter is ø20mm-ø130mm, and there are 14 specifications.

The hot-rolled grinding steel balls from our company are made of super steel billets, which have the distinguishing feature. Detailed features are as follows:

1.High hardness: The surface hardness can be 57- 67HRC: the volumetric hardness can be 56-64HRC, and the distribution of hardness gradient is even.

2.High impact toughness : it is more than 12J/cm2.

3.Low breakage rate: The peel resistance and breakage resistance are more than 10times than the peel resistance and breakage resistance of traditional steel balls. When the ball impacts more than 10000times, the actual breakage rate is less than 1% nearly no breakage.
