1. Buyer confirms order, stating actual quantity required destination port and company information.
2. Seller issues signed Purchasing Contract
3. Buyer accepts and signs the Purchasing Contract send it back to Seller.
4. Buyer issues the 100% operative transferable divisible L/C to sellers account.
5. Seller should issue a PERFORMANCE BOND 2% (2%PB) to activate Buyer's
L/C of all orders over 5000 metric tons shipments to Buyer's Bank.
6. Shipping of the materials will commence.
