Product Description
GPowering’s POWERACK series GP-TIM tile roof mounting system (also known pitched roof mounting system) is a cost competitive solution. It is widely used in residential solar power system and suitable for framed and frameless module installation.
Our POWERACK tile roof mounting solution is designed under stress analysis and wind engineering analysis to optimize the system. It complies with AS/NZS 1170, DIN 1055, IBC 2012, GB50009-2012 and other local building code & construction acts.
We use HDP galvanized steel, SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy of AL6063 & AL6005 as the structure materials to provide long term corrosion resistance that is to allow installation at extremely climate condition.
At the mean time, our POWERACK tile roof mounting system use self-develop solar mounting rail, roof hook kits and module clamps kits that provide stronger foundation. And the simple design allows highly pre-assemble, fast installation and height & tilt angle adjustment on field, so that to shorten installation time and labor cost.
Customized design is also available.
Customers can obtain complete technical support such as online calculator to help the customer to generate bill of materials, person to person customer service and full technical document for PE stamp from GPowering.
