Introduction
SZL series shop-assembled water-tube steam boiler is a type of double-drum horizontal chain grate boiler. The main components of this boiler are assembled into two large parts in factory, ie. the upper part(the boiler proper) and the lower part(the chain grate). After combination of the two main parts, the next we have to do is the masonry of the furnace wall in the lower part, the installation of the gas tubes, the piping, gauges, valves, spiral slagging device; then after the connection of water and electricity, the boiler can be put into operation.

5)The boiler is well-equipped with thermal inspection electric control operating platform. The opening of the blower and the induced fan, and the rotating speed of the grate can be operated according our need. There's also over-pressure protective device, high-low water alarm, and the extreme-low water level interlocking device, which is used for cutting off the blower and stopping the grate rotation.
6) The air supply system adopts chamber type wind-sending device at both sides. With the strong adustability, it can well adapt to the combustion characteristics of the chain grate. so there's less air leakage.
7)Strong fuel adaptability. Fuel with a calorific value≥2800KcaI/Kg, Vr≥10% can burn steadily and reach the rated capacity.
8)Automatically continuous water feeding can be made according to the boiler load capacity. High thermal efficiency, low exhaust gas temperature, and having the ability of overload.
