PVC Fiber Reinforced Soft Pipe Production Line is also the PVC Garden Hose Making Machine.It consist of automatic feeding system,single screw extruder,die head,water cooling tank,haul off machine,braider,heat oven,winder.Its electric parts(breaker,inverter/relay and so on)is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDER.
It produce PVC fiber hose which diameter range from 6mm to 50mm.PVC fiber hose has three layers,the outer and inner layer fiber,which has good chemical and physical property.It is mainly used for the transportation of high pressuer or corrosion gas,widely used in the machinery,Garden Hose,coal mine,oil,chemical,agriculture irrigation and buildings.
