Automatic board feeding:

• Equip with a set of automatic hydraulic lifting and automatic board feeding device.

Dust collection:

• Specific brush roller is to remove dust on the surface of gypsum board;
• Can be adjusted in up way and down way by manual;
• The dust is collected into main part through static electricity pulse bag dust remover.

Coating:

• Coating rubber roller has the features of corrosion resistant,acid and alkali-resistant,oil-resistant;
• It is made of 45# seamless steel pipe and specific rubber on pipe surface;
• Axial run out is 0.005mm.

• Gypsum board size:1220x2440mm
• Glue:specific glue for PVC film and aluminum foil
