Flat bed laser cutting engraving machine

Working table: Open design large flat large working table, It could equip with blades knives, honeycomb table and up/down lifted table;
Transmission system: X axis with gantry structure design, Y axis with single wide belt and step motor.
With gantry structure, laser tube could move around with laser head, assure the stable energy everywhere in every corner of the machine table.
Control system: CNC controller with USB offline function.
Laser and power system：co2 laser tube, power supply and water chiller.
Exhaust system: exhaust fan and tube, suck out the dust and smoke.

Working area is 1300×2500 mm(51’’x98’’), 1500x2500mm(59’’x98’’), 1500x3000mm(59’’x118’’), 1600x3000mm(63’’x118’’), open type bed could go through longer materials. It is mainly used for cutting or engraving flat materials.
If change table to auto-feeding platform and use front/back roller, this design also could use for cutting roller fabric.

Ballscrew and servo motor transmission system instead belt and step motor transmission system
This design is more durable and higher working precision. They have more advantage in cutting complex works.
This design is much better do cutting than engraving.
