~-Steel fiber reinforced concrete has the same mixing sequence with the plain concrete in the batching plant mixing process, what is the most important, it is forbidden to add the steel fiber as the first component mixture.
-Total mixing time 6minutes max., the specific mixing time should be done according to the dry/wet mixing requirement.Furthermore, the mixing lasts about 2minutes when all of the component including steel fiber is added, too short mixing time will not play the steel fiber's reinforce role, too long will cause balling.Small trial is recommended before mass mixing.
