Zilin Brand 9 Degree Rice Vinegar is produced with carefully selected rice as raw materials, after liquid fermentation and filtered by advanced filtering equipment. The product looks clear and tastes refreshing. It is suitable for cold dressed dishes and cuisine.
The method of Making Vinegar egg-juice and usage
Making method: Use the cold boiled water to wash the egg clean and then put the egg in a sealed container. Pour 150 ml the Zilin 9 degree rice vinegar into it, make sure liquid level is over the egg, seal it for 48 hours to let the egg shell dissolved. Pick out the egg skin and stir the vinegar with egg liquid, then it become the vinegar egg-juice (Keep Refrigerated ).
Usage: Take two small spoon juice into the cup, add the same proportion of honey and 6-10 times of warm water. Drink it after meals. Twice a day.
Daily usage should not be too much. Hyperchlorhydria, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer patients, should be limited or no better.
