According ISO 2409. 1, 2 and 3 parallel knife guide slots to produce a grid. Incise the coating just to the substrate. 2 mm grid for layers up to 120μm at soft-surface and layers from 61 to 120μm at hard-surface. 3mm grid for layers of 121 to 250μm. Evaluation according to scale below:
