CEG color paste help create bright, deep, rich colors for a variety of polyurethane applications. Using cutting edge technology, a tightly controlled process is used to precisely grind the pigment-to provide you with uniform pigment dispersion, and very good color shade and efficiency.

Five primary colors are avaliable, and the are based on various concentrations of pigment of carbon black dispersed in a carrier to provide an optimum balance between use levels required and color shade achieved.

CEG color pastes are essentially free lowing, low viscosity liquids that contain no heavy metals. They are stable dispersions that generally do not separate or thicken. Under normal conditions, the color,shade and intensity, achieved in the foam, are not influenced by the temperature gradients that impact the foam bun during and after the foaming process.

CEG color pastes can be used in virtually all types of slabstock foam: polyether, polyester, high resilience foams, and in foams made using CO2 technology.

2.Color ideas

CEG color pastes can be used to develop specialty foam products such as sponge foam and pachaging foam, or to differentiate foam grades.

Create new colors! CEG color pastes can make a wide spectrum of color duiing the foaming process. By blending two or more colors in various rations before processing or by metering colors from two lines during manufacturing, you an achieve almost any color desired.

Color it up! Try fixing problems through the addition of small amounts of niax color paste. Help cover up yellowing that mayoccur in the foam bun after processing. Or, internal foam discoloration is an issue that may be resolved with niax color paste.

Use color! CEG color pastes are generally easy to use in conventional and high resilience flex slab formulations. It is preferable to addthe colors separately via dedicated meter lines. Typical use level for high intensity color ranges form 1% ~ 5% color paste, depending on the shade and intensity of color targeted. At high color paste levels(>5%), addition of geolite* modifier 91 or niax procssing additive DP- 1022 can help provide excellent foam processing. Faom grade differentiation is usually achieved at use levels 0.5 to 1% niax color paster.
