Oil hardened, tempered spring steel wire used widely
Spring steel wire is a type of high carbon steel wire with high tensile strength and tough fibrous structure through cold-drawing. Spring steel wires can be sorted into oil hardened spring wire, tempered spring steel wire, stainless steel spring wire and high carbon spring steel wire. Spring steel wire is mainly suitable as mattress spring, compression spring, extension spring.

Features:

Corrosion resistance. Through the addition of molybdenum, spring wire can resist corrosion.
High temperature endurance. Spring steel wire can endure higher temperature up to 250℃ - 450℃.
Smooth surface. With phosphate coated on surface, spring wire can become smooth and flat.
