How to self-charging:
Take out the cable accessory, insert the micro usb into input interface and connect the other side USB with computer/ laptop or wall charger. It means it’s charging while the power indicator lights twinkling.
Ps: The 10 led lights will be twinkling when it’s being charged, each represent 10% of the capacity. Such as one is mean 10%, two is 20% etc. The lights will stop twinkling when fully charged
