As a TCB LCS has the ability to provide the ‘Grant of Equipment Authorization’ required in order to place your Radio product on to the US market.
In order to use the TCB you need to submit a documentation pack including:
Registration Forms
User manual
PCB layouts , Schematics, Bill of Materials (BOM)
Test reports etc…
The TCB reviews the submitted evidence and when satisfied that your product meets with the requirements of the FCC then uploads the documentation to the FCC website and issues the ‘Grant of Equipment Authorization’.

The FCC's jurisdiction covers the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. possessions.

According to US Federal Communications regulations of related part (CFR47 Part), the electronic products which enter into US market are all need carry on EMC certification, the usually certificate method as :Certification,DoC,Verification.
The documents for submission:
1. The ail information for application: name, address, contact way;
2. The user manual for products;
3. The circuit schematic and block diagram for products;
4. Relate-products working refrequency;
5. Other documents
