Text pages are printed in digital black and white or digital color. Our standard text paper is 60# white Husky Offset, ordered in large quantities, resulting in savings for you. Other colors, weights or recycled paper can be special-ordered upon request. Coated paper is not available for perfect bound books as the glue tends to adhere to the paper coating rather than the paper fiber, compromising the binding strength.
Cover details
We print all covers in digital full color. Our standard cover stock (for softcover books) is white 12 point C1S, a heavy-weight stock that is coated on one side. We also offer 80# white Accent opaque Cover, and 80# natural Cougar opaque Cover. After printing, covers are laminated with gloss film to protect from scuffing.
