The concrete mixing transport tank of Zealous turns down by relying on that independent diesel engine power drives the dear oil pump, hydraulic motor vehicles. Though the control of hydraulic components, the tank can achieve the effect of normal fast operation, fast charging, rapid discharging and slow discharging. As a result of oil cooler, the oil temperature is always maintained at below 55 degree centigrade, thus ensuring hydraulic motor stable operation. In order to keep clean both inside and outside of tank after discharging, the tank is equipped with water box and sprinkler tip. The tank can be installed in the ship, train, tramcar and other special vehicles. This tank is widely used in the construction of shipping line, subway and coal mine.

Working Principle

Mixing tank is a container loading concrete, which is made of high-quality and wear-resistant steel plant. In order to loading and discharging automatically, the inside is equipped with special shaped spiral blades. When concrete mixing tank is rotating, concrete turns along with spiral direction. By constantly lifting and rotating, concrete is mixed and stirred. During the progress of charging and transportation, mixing tank turns normally with concrete moving along blades, and when discharging, concrete mixing tank reverses, then concrete is discharged along with blades.
