1. Introduction

This double beam digital display type UTM are suitable for tensile, compression and bending tests of metal and non-metal materials, like rubber, plastic, cable wire, composite material, plastic profile, spring, etc. It also can execute the other tests, like shearing, peeling, friction, puncture test by adding relative optional accessories. It conforms to GB, ISO, JIS, DIN, ASTM, etc standards. It is an ideal testing machine for quality control department, scientific research, universities and colleges, industrial and mining enterprises.

2.1 Host machine

2.2 Measuring and control system

a. Auto zero: the master control system once receives the test start order, auto zero.

b. Auto gear shift: auto gear shift according to actual load.

c. Auto test: when setting finished, auto test. 

d. Batch test: it supports batch test for same specification specimen

e. Auto print: print out the test results by a mini-printer

f. Real time display: load force and curve could real time displayed

g. Limit protect: dual protection: program control and mechanical

h. Over load protection: when load over max. load capacity of 2%-10%, auto stop.

i. Emergency stop: emergency stop button is available.
