9.  construction method:

    A. Ceiling installation

    (1)Clear up the ceiling and install the spring hook, about 2pcs/square, one side of the hook connect to ceiling, the other side connect to light steel keel, the gap between the keels is 600mm,to avoid rigid contact, bundle insulation blankets to the keel internal.

    (2)Filled with environmental sound-absorbing cotton fiber among the keels

    (3)Pave insulation blanket, and then the damping insulation board, (compound the insulation blanket and the board first with gule, the blanket is bigger than the board, use self-tapping screws tail the compound to the keel)

    (4)Sealing the gaps among the insulation boards and between the board and floor with the special construction sealants.

    B. The walls construction

    (1)Clear the walls and install the wood keel, the gap between the keels is 600mm(to avoid rigid    contact, bundle insulation blankets to the keel internal)

    (2) Filled with environmental sound-absorbing cotton fiber among the keels

    (3) Pave insulation blanket, and then the damping insulation board, (compound the insulation blanket and the board first with gule, the blanket is bigger than the board, use self-tapping screws tail the compound to the keel)

    C. Ground installation

    (1)Clear up the ground, make sure the ground is flat

    (2)Paves the damping insulation board to the ground, )Sealing the gaps among the insulation boards and between the board and floor with the special construction sealants.

    (3)Pave a layer of 5-11mm soundproofing damping pad to the insulation board, than a layer of 40mm coagulation cement, (make the joint of soundproofing damping pad well sealed with transparent adhesive or lap each other about 20mm to prevented the sound transmition created by cement flow. sound-proof anti-shock pad should be folded up at 90 degrees at least 40mm higher than the cement at the area where it is contacted with the walls to avoid sound transmition.)
