Bluetooth Pairing

1)Turn the power switch to right in Bluetooth mode------Blue light flashing quickly

2)Follow the operating instruction of your mobile phone for Bluetooth and allow your mobile to search Bluetooth headset state. Typically, this is done by going to “set up”, “connect” or “Bluetooth” menu and then selecting the option to search Bluetooth devices.

3)The mobile can search S11 and ask if you wish to connect your mobile with this speaker. Press “Yes” or “Confirm” to confirm this action.

Enter password or PIN 0000, and press “Yes” or “Confirm”. (Note: If the connection is successful, Blue light will not flash; If the pairing is unsuccessful, Blue light will still flash, then you need to pair again.)

Packaging & Shipping

1)Packaging:

We usually pack our products by normal plastic bags or bubble bags and use cartons as outer packaging. We always choose the best and safe packaging material to make sure your orders won’t be damaged during delivery.

2)Shipping:

Usually we use traceable international Express service to ship. We ship within 3 business days after your payment was cleared. If your order is too big and our cargo cannot be ready within 7 business days, our shipping time should be longer.We accept drop shipping and domestic pick.

3)Tracking:

We accept T/T, Western Union, Escrow and cash as payment method.
Cash payment is only available for the customers those can come to our office or store.
We request 100% prepayment before we ship. If your order is too big and our cargo cannot be ready within 7 business days, we request 30% deposit; the other 70% should be paid after the cargo was ready.
